Daily Rate applies to a trip that starts and
finishes in the same calendar day.
Weekend Rate applies to a trip that starts after
17.00 hours on Friday evening and finishes before midnight on Sunday.
Weekday Evening Rate applies to a trip that starts after
17.00 hours and finishes on the same day.
