Promobility

Community Transport Oldham Promobility provides manual and electric powered wheelchairs, and 3 & 4 wheeled mobility scooters for hire.

This enables any person with limited mobility to access all the facilities in Oldham town centre with ease.

The service is open to anyone whether their impaired mobility is temporary or permanent.

If you wish to join Promobility you will first be asked to fill in a short registration form.

Please bring along two forms of I.D. displaying your name and address, one with a photograph if possible. For your membership card, please bring a passport sized photograph.

A member of our friendly staff will show you how to use the wheelchair or scooter if required.

Long-term wheelchair hire is also available.

Promobility is open Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri 9.30am – 4.30pm.

Saturdays 9.30am – 1.30pm.

Annual membership is £6.00 (April to March) with a usage fee of

£2.50 per session.
