Chadderton Court

HOW TO ACCESS CHADDERTON COURT

The majority of people who access Chadderton Court, do so, through the

bi-monthly volunteer fact finding days.

Phoenix Centre
The main aim of the service is to promote recovery and social inclusion by providing individual support to access community activities and to provide specific therapeutic groups that enable people to have control over their own wellbeing and make healthy lifestyle changes.

Rock St
The Resource Team are now based at Rock Street, but were based at The Hollies, Frederick Street. We moved to Rock Street 2yrs ago and still continue  to provide the same services as before.

Orchard House
Orchard House is a community based resource which is part of Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.

MIND in Oldham
At present, we’re out delivering advocacy, carer and family support, user and carer participation, and development work within minority communities. 

Threshold
provides supported housing and floating support services to homeless or vulnerable people......

Drugs & Alcohol

Find information on a number of groups that meet, help and advise individuals and families. including womens only groups.

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust was established in April 2002 and provides mental health and specialist substance misuse services to a population of almost 1.2 million people throughout the Boroughs of Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport and Tameside & Glossop.

Home Support Service (The Adult Duty and Intervention Service)

There are daily health walks all over the area of Oldham. We are part of the walking the way to health initiative, which is a joint initiative between natural England and the British heart foundation.

All Saints Hospital is a Rehabilitation purpose built hospital for Deaf People who require low Secure or open rehabilitation service within a comprehensive Care Pathway which includes individual hospital flats with support to achieve independence. Check out website for more information.
