Home Support Service (The Adult Duty and Intervention Service)

Care in your own home is offered to people who require assistance, it may be with personal care such as washing or dressing, or other practical daily tasks such as help with domestic chores like cooking and cleaning, or in some instances, help in managing your finances. People may wish to receive support from this service because they are frail, may have severe learning disabilities, have mental health needs or physical disability.

Mental Health Employment Service (OPUS)

This service provides guidance, support and assistance to individuals who have long-term mental health problems. The Mental Health Employment Service will try to find employment and/or identify training for employment based on individual need.

HOW TO ACCESS CHADDERTON COURT

The majority of people who access Chadderton Court, do so, through the

bi-monthly volunteer fact finding days.

 

 

Phoenix Centre
The main aim of the service is to promote recovery and social inclusion by providing individual support to access community activities and to provide specific therapeutic groups that enable people to have control over their own wellbeing and make healthy lifestyle changes.

 

Rock St
The Resource Team are now based at Rock Street, but were based at The Hollies, Frederick Street. We moved to Rock Street 2yrs ago and still continue  to provide the same services as before.

 

Orchard House
Orchard House is a community based resource which is part of Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.

We provide a service for people affected by illegal drugs and/or prescribed drugs. We offer a friendly confidential service that offers help and support to those who feel they can't be drug free and also those who choose abstinence as an aim.

There are daily health walks all over the area of Oldham. We are part of the walking the way to health initiative, which is a joint initiative between natural England and the British heart foundation.
