Phoenix Centre
The main aim of the service is to promote
recovery and social inclusion by providing individual support to
access community activities and to provide specific therapeutic
groups that enable people to have control over their own wellbeing
and make healthy lifestyle changes.
Rock St
The Resource Team are now based at Rock Street,
but were based at The Hollies, Frederick Street. We moved to Rock
Street 2yrs ago and still continue to provide the same
services as before.
Orchard House
Orchard House is a community based resource which is
part of Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.
MIND in Oldham
At
present, we’re out delivering advocacy, carer and family support,
user and carer participation, and development work within minority
communities.

Threshold
