The Campaign Against Living Miserably targets men between 15 and 35 to raise awareness of depression and encourage them to open up about their problems and seek help. It is operational in Manchester, Merseyside, Cumbria and Bedfordshire. The campaign operates a freephone helpline where callers can get confidential, non-judgmental counselling and referrals to local services.
