OPAL provides advocacy services for people with learning disabilities. The service aims to put people first enabling people with learning disabilities to have control over their own lives. Volunteers and people with learning disabilities work together to help the person make choices in areas such as family life, education, employment, medical treatment, services from Social Services or the Health Authority.
