A wrap is a resource designed to support your individual needs towards your own Recovery and Wellbeing.
It is for you to self manage and identify what you need to do every
day to stay healthy.
It helps you and others to recognise signs and symptoms that you are
not feeling as well as you would like to feel and what to do to make
the situation better.
A WRAP will help you in achieving your life goals, becoming
confident and assertive that will improve your sense of wellbeing.
The WRAP was first developed by Mary Ellen Copeland and a group of service users. There are many forms of WRAP that can be found on the internet and you may find that one of them may be better for you.
