As part of any self help programme, one of
the most important things is that you feel good about yourself and
what you are doing.
Regular exercise is a great way to get that feel good factor, but if
you are not use to doing any exercise it is important to get some
help and advice from your local GP and /or a professional with in
the leisure field.
A proper scheduled programme of activities is a good idea if you are
to avoid doing too much too soon.
